Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them

One Thanksgiving not so long ago, I put my turkey in the crockpot and rather that sit around being driven crazy by the smells, I took myself to the movies and saw Fantastic Beasts and Where to find Them. This first installment of the Harry Potter prequels is my favorite. We meet Newt Scamander who is a textbook author when Harry is at Hogwarts, but we meet him when he is still gathering data and cataloging the fantastic beasts in the wizarding world. He has the best luggage that helps him care and keep his finds. What finds him is friendship and love. I don’t think he put those in the book but they are wonderful to see unfold. Who doesn’t love it when people find their people? Newt, Tina, Jacob and Queenie make this magical world their beast!
