Madame Restell: The Life, Death, and Resurrection of Old New York's Most Fabulous, Fearless, and Infamous Abortionist by Jennifer Wright (Copy)
We are constantly forgetting history. This book was informative as it made me angry. Women are constantly in fear of their lives and it never ends. When the author published this she had no idea that we would be entering yet another hellscape for women. Though we are constantly fighting we must continue for those that come after. I fear for my nieces and the choices they will have to make. Learn from history.
